Currently we provide shipping for orders within Singapore and the following countries:

- Zone 3 : Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, United kingdom, United States
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
All orders within Singapore will delivered by courier delivery.
International orders will be sent via QExpress International Shipping or Singapore Post registered mail service.

International packages may be subject to customs, duties, taxes or other fees that are calculated by the country. The customer will be responsible for paying any and all of these customs, duties, taxes and other fees incurred if any.
As per shipping regulations, we must mark all international packages according to their full value and we are not able to indicate it as zero value or as gifts to avoid customs, duties, taxes and other fees.

All our items and fees are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and all orders made will be charged in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
Your credit card issuing bank will determine the foreign exchange rates. Kindly clarify with them on the foreign exchange rates applicable for your orders.
WHAT IS YOUR ORDER PROCESSING TIMELINE?
All orders will be processed and ready for shipping within 2-3 working days (excluding Public Holidays and weekends).
Local Singapore delivery will take another 2-3 working days to reach you. We are not able to confirm on the delivery dates and times as this service is provided by a third party courier company.
For International shipping, please allow 3-4 weeks for your orders to reach you. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, please note that shipping may be delayed to certain countries.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY STATUS?
An automated email from the courier company will be send to you once your item has been dispatched for delivery. Should you not receive this email after 3 working days from your order placement, please connect with us via our contact form or our email at email@example.com for us to follow-up.
Note: Kindly allow 1 working day for the tracking number to be reflected in the courier's website.
IS SELF PICK-UP AVAILABLE?
Self pick-up is available for orders within Singapore at our studio office.
Items will be ready for pick-up within 2 working days (excluding Public Holidays and weekends).
We will contact you via email or WhatsApp messaging once your order is ready to arrange the pick-up date and time.
